If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@code9store.com within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll review your claim with our supplier and arrange a replacement or store credit when possible.Because our products are often handcrafted or energy-based, returns for change of mind aren’t accepted, and digital items are non-refundable once delivered.

Digital products (e-books, meditations, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.


8. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?


We understand that sometimes plans shift, but to maintain fast processing and sacred-handling standards, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped.
If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We’ll do our best to assist before fulfilment begins.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, the sale is considered final, however, you can still reach out if your item arrives damaged or defective, and we’ll help according to our return policy.
